Junk removal in Winchester.

Winchester and French Valley are filling in fast, and a lot of you just moved into a brand-new home. We haul the post-build debris, the flattened moving boxes, and whatever the last place left you with, in one visit. Priced by volume from a $125 minimum, with the price before we load. Send us a photo, or call (951) 574-2555 between 7 AM and 7 PM.

We respond within 2 hours between 7 AM and 5 PM (next business day after that).

We work in Winchester. We're based here.

Winchester sits down the 79 from our Murrieta base, and it is one of the fastest-growing parts of the valley. If you just closed on a new build in Spencer's Crossing or Mahogany Hills, odds are you do not have a hauler yet. We are local and Murrieta-based, one number and a person who answers.

New construction leaves a specific kind of mess: leftover crating and packaging, a garage you cannot park in yet, and the boxes from the move. We clear all of it in one visit. Winchester still has its rural side too, with barns, sheds, and larger parcels, and we are set up for those bigger loads.

Before you call us, check your free county pickup. If it is one item and you have not used your free bulky pickup this year, use it first: it saves you money, and the county or its hauler will tell you what they take and when. A full move or a new-build cleanout is usually more than that program takes, and that is when we carry it out of the house, any volume, same-day most days.

What we haul in Winchester.

The full Z Junk service list runs in Winchester and French Valley:

  • New-home and move-in cleanouts: crating, packaging, construction debris, and the boxes from the move.
  • Residential junk removal: single items, full rooms, garage cleanouts, whole-home cleanouts.
  • Furniture removal: couches, mattresses, desks, dressers, dining sets, patio sets.
  • Appliance removal: fridges, washers, dryers, ovens, water heaters. Refrigerant-bearing units go to certified recyclers.
  • Barn, shed, and outbuilding cleanouts on the older rural parcels.
  • Estate and tenant cleanouts: whole-property clearing after a move, a passing, or a tenant leaving.
  • Yard waste, scrap metal, electronics, and miscellaneous bulk. See Services for the full list.

We sort every load: donation first, recycling second, landfill last. Move-in cardboard and packaging get recycled, and usable furniture goes to local charities before anything heads to the landfill. You see the price before we load, and if the load comes in smaller than we quoted, the price comes down with it.

Local. Based in Winchester.

Local and based in Murrieta, serving Winchester, French Valley, and the surrounding Southwest Riverside County cities.

Priced by volume, the space your load takes in the truck, starting at a $125 minimum. Anything a tougher job needs is on our posted schedule and shown in your quote up front, never added at the end. You see the price before we load.

The quote is free and there is no obligation. Send us a photo and we'll email you a price within 2 hours between 7 AM and 5 PM (next business day after that), or call (951) 574-2555 between 7 AM and 7 PM and a person who knows the truck picks up.

Once your pickup is booked, we give you a 30-minute arrival window and we hit it. If anything shifts, we call before the window closes.

We move it out without moving your walls. Floors, doorways, and paint stay how we found them.

The Winchester we know.

Winchester runs along State Route 79 into French Valley, with brand-new master-planned tracts going up next to longtime rural parcels. We work across:

  • Spencer's Crossing and Mahogany Hills
  • Amber Valley and Acadia off Domenigoni Parkway
  • Sunstone and newer communities like Willow Pointe
  • The French Valley neighborhoods and the longtime rural parcels along the 79

We know the new-build access, the streets near French Valley Marketplace, and the 79. Once your window is set, we arrive inside a 30-minute window around your scheduled time.

What Winchester customers say.

Winchester questions, answered.

  • I just moved into a new build in Winchester. How do I get rid of the boxes and construction debris?

For a single item, check your free county pickup first: if you have not used it this year, the county or its hauler will tell you what they take and when. A new-build cleanout, with crating, packaging, and a garage full of flattened boxes, is usually more than that program takes. Send us a photo and we clear it in one visit, usually same-day or next-day. You see the price before we load, and it starts at a $125 minimum.

  • How much does junk removal cost in Winchester?

You are priced by volume, what your load fills in the truck, starting at a $125 minimum. No per-item pricing; a tougher job, like stairs or something to break down, is on our posted schedule and in your quote before we start, never added at the end. Send us a photo and we'll email you a price within 2 hours between 7 AM and 5 PM (next business day after that). If the load comes in smaller than quoted, the price comes down with it.

  • Can you clear a rural property or a shed in Winchester?

Yes. Winchester still has a lot of longtime rural parcels, and we are set up for the bigger loads that come with them: barn and shed cleanouts, old fencing, yard waste, scrap metal, and full property clearing. Send us a photo of the worst of it and we will size the job.

  • What do you take?

Furniture, mattresses, appliances, construction and move-in debris, garage and household clutter, yard waste, scrap metal, electronics, and full estate or tenant cleanouts. Refrigerant-bearing appliances go to certified recyclers and mattresses go through the state recycling program. If you are not sure, send us a photo and ask.

  • Where does my junk actually go?

We sort every load. Usable items go to donation first, cardboard and recyclables go to recyclers next, and only what is genuinely left over goes to the landfill.

Should you use your city's free pickup instead?

If you have one item and your city or its trash hauler will take it for free, do that first and keep your money. Winchester and French Valley are unincorporated Riverside County, so there is no dedicated city program. Enter your address to see what is offered: the Riverside County pickup lookup. Call us when you do not want to wait on their schedule, when you have already used your free pickup, when it is more than they will take, or when you would rather not wrap it and haul it to the curb yourself. We would rather tell you the truth and earn the next job than sell you something you do not need.
