Pricing
Single-piece pickups start at our minimum-charge floor. Multiple-item pickups scale by volume. Specialty items (pianos, hot tubs, large entertainment centers) are quoted on the call.

Can you take a single chair or do you require a minimum?
We have a minimum charge floor. Single small pieces (a chair, a side table) land at the floor; larger single items price up from there.
Will you donate furniture in good condition?
Yes. Items with life left route to local donation partners. You can request a donation receipt at pickup.
Do you disassemble furniture if it does not fit through the door?
When practical. Pricing reflects the additional labor for disassembly versus a straight carry-out.
Can you remove built-in furniture or fixtures?
Built-ins fall into the light demolition category. Send photos and we will confirm scope and pricing.
