1. Who we are

Z Junk Removal is a service-area business based in Murrieta, CA, serving Murrieta, Temecula, Wildomar, Menifee, Winchester, Lake Elsinore, and the surrounding Southwest Riverside County area. 2. Services we provide

We provide residential and commercial junk removal and hauling. This includes single-item pickups, furniture and appliance removal, garage, estate, and tenant cleanouts, yard waste, scrap metal, and electronics, and the removal of items such as sheds, fencing, and interior built-ins. We sort what we haul, routing usable items to donation and recyclable material to recyclers before anything goes to the landfill. Services and availability can vary by location and by job.

3. Quotes, pricing, and on-site confirmation

Our website lets you send photos and a description of what you need removed, and we reply by email with a price range. Any price we give from photos or a description is an estimate, not a final price.

Pricing starts at a $125 minimum and is based on volume, meaning the space your load takes in the truck.

Before we load anything, we confirm the price with you on-site and you approve it. The confirmed on-site price can be higher or lower than the photo estimate. It can go up when the job is larger or harder than the photos showed, for example more volume, difficult access, stairs, or demolition-type removal. It can go down when the load is smaller than quoted. We do not begin loading until you have approved the confirmed price, and that confirmed, customer-approved on-site price is what governs.

4. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the job. We accept cash, card, Apple Pay, and Venmo. We do not collect or process payment information through our website.

5. Scheduling, arrival, cancellation, and rescheduling

When you book, we give you an arrival window and aim to arrive within it. If anything changes, we will contact you. You can cancel or reschedule by contacting us at the email or phone number above, and we ask for as much notice as you can reasonably give so we can offer the slot to someone else. We may also need to reschedule for reasons outside our control, such as weather, equipment, or safety conditions.

6. Items we do not accept

For legal and safety reasons, we cannot remove certain materials. We do not take:

• Hazardous waste, including paint thinner, solvents, pool chemicals, gasoline, and unlabeled chemical containers. California requires licensed hazardous waste handling for these.
• Asbestos or suspected asbestos materials. California requires licensed abatement.
• Medical waste or biohazards, which require separate handling.
• Live ammunition or explosives. Please contact local law enforcement.
• Wet paint or wet roofing materials. Dry these out first, and then we can take them.

For hazardous and regulated items, we can usually point you to the right local handler. If a job includes materials we cannot accept, we will remove what we can and leave the rest.

7. Property access and your responsibilities

Our work requires entering your property, which may include your home, garage, yard, or other areas where the items are located. You agree to:

• Provide safe and lawful access to the property and to the items to be removed.
• Confirm that you own the items, or are authorized to have them removed and disposed of.
• Clearly identify what is to be removed and what is to stay.
• Secure pets, and move or protect valuables, fragile items, and anything you do not want handled.

Once you identify items for removal and we haul them, removal is final and items cannot be retrieved.

8. Our care, and limitation of liability

We take reasonable care while working on your property. If we cause damage, tell us promptly and we will work with you to make it right.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific job that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by our negligence to the extent the law does not allow it to be limited.

9. No other warranties

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated in these Terms and as required by law, we make no other warranties, whether express or implied, about our services.

10. Our right to decline or stop work

We may decline a job, or stop work already begun, if conditions are unsafe, if the job materially differs from what was described, if safe and lawful access cannot be provided, or if we cannot lawfully remove the materials involved.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact us at info@zjunkremoval.com so we can try to resolve it directly. If we cannot resolve it that way, the dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing a qualifying claim in small claims court.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Changes take effect when posted.
