For projects requiring permits (structural changes, exterior structure removal in some areas), the property owner pulls the permit. We coordinate scheduling around it.
Can you take down a fence and haul it?
Yes. Fence removal is a common bundled job. Wood, vinyl, and chain-link all routed appropriately.
What about a shed that has been sitting for decades?
Old sheds are bread and butter. We assess the floor (often the most labor-intensive part) and clear the slab if you want it gone too.
Can you remove built-in cabinetry without damaging the wall?
Built-ins removed carefully are part of the craft. Wall repair (drywall patching, paint touch-up) is not included but we can recommend partners.
