Services we offer.
Residential Junk Removal
Couches, beds, fridges, single items to whole-home cleanouts. The most common job we run.
Commercial Junk Removal
Offices, retail, storage units, post-tenant cleanouts. We work around your business hours when needed.
Furniture Removal
Couches, mattresses, desks, dressers, dining sets, recliners, sectionals. We carry it out, you don't lift a thing.
Appliance Removal
Fridges, washers, dryers, ovens, water heaters, dishwashers. Refrigerant-bearing units go to certified recyclers.
Mattress Disposal
Mattresses, box springs, frames. California mattress recycling program participant.
Estate Cleanout
Whole-property cleanouts after a move, after a passing, after a tenant leaves. We work with the executor, the family, or the property manager on timeline and access.
Hoarder Cleanout
Discreet, careful, judgement-free. We work at the pace the situation calls for. Pricing accounts for time and sorting density.
Garage / Basement / Attic Cleanout
The "we've been meaning to deal with this for years" project. We sort what stays, donate what we can, haul what's done.
Construction Debris Removal
Drywall, lumber, flooring, fixtures, light demo cleanup. We work with contractors and homeowners doing their own work.
What else we take.
Beyond the service categories above, we also take:
- Yard waste: branches, leaves, soil, mulch, fence pieces, planters. Green-waste sorting where applicable.
- Electronics and e-waste: TVs, monitors, computers, printers, small electronics. Certified e-waste recycler routing.
- Hot tubs and spas: drained, dismantled, hauled. Two-person job; book in advance.
- Pool tables, pianos, gun safes, exercise equipment: heavy and awkward, but we have the equipment.
- Tires: limited quantities; California-regulated disposal channels.
- Scrap metal: appliances, fixtures, fencing, structural pieces. Routed to local scrap operations.
- Miscellaneous bulk:bags, boxes, the contents of a closet you've been avoiding.
If your item isn't here, call us. If we can haul it, we will. If we can't, we'll tell you who can.
What we don't take.
We don't take:
- Hazardous waste: paint thinner, solvents, pool chemicals, gasoline. These need licensed hazardous waste handlers.
- Loose chemicals or unlabeled containers:we can't legally accept what we can't identify.
- Asbestos or suspected asbestos materials: California requires licensed abatement.
- Medical waste, biohazards, sharps: separate handling channels required.
- Live ammunition or explosives: contact local law enforcement for safe disposal.
- Wet paint or wet roofing materials: must dry out first; then we can take them.
- Anything actively on fire. (Yes, we have to say it.)
