Frequently asked
Do you handle the refrigerant in old refrigerators?
Refrigerators and freezers route to recyclers that recover refrigerant per EPA requirements. A small surcharge covers the additional handling.
Can you disconnect a washer or dryer for me?
Yes. Basic disconnect (turn off water supply, unplug, disconnect drain hose) is included. Gas dryer disconnects require a licensed plumber for the gas line.
Do you take working appliances?
Yes. Working appliances route to donation when local partners can accept. Mention condition when requesting the quote.
What if my appliance is on the second floor or in a tight space?
We carry from any floor. Pricing reflects access difficulty. Tight stairwells and tight doorways occasionally require disassembly which is quoted on the call.
