Residential junk removal.
Single items, full rooms, garage cleanouts, whole-property hauls. The most common job we run, across six cities in southwest Riverside County.
What's included.
Every residential job includes:
- We come to your home, your garage, your second floor, wherever the items are. No curb-prep required.
- We bring the truck, dollies, straps, blankets for protective work, gloves, and the labor to do the lifting.
- We carry items out for you. You don't lift anything.
- We're careful with your floors, walls, doorways, and corners.
- We sort the load after pickup: donation first, recycling second, landfill last.
- You get a per-job impact summary: what was donated and recycled, by category, and what went to the landfill.
- Same-day or next-available pickup; 30-minute arrival window when you book.
What's not included.
This service does not cover:
- Hazardous waste: Paint thinner, solvents, pool chemicals, gasoline, unlabeled chemical containers. California requires licensed hazardous waste handling for these.
- Asbestos or suspected asbestos materials: California requires licensed abatement.
- Medical waste or biohazards: Separate handling required.
- Live ammunition or explosives: Contact local law enforcement.
- Wet paint or wet roofing materials: Dry these out first; then we can take them.
If your job includes a mix of regular junk and items we don't take, we can still do the haul; the items we can't take stay behind and we tell you who can handle them.
Common items we haul from homes.
Furniture
Couches, sectionals, recliners, dining sets, dressers, desks, bookshelves, bed frames, headboards, mattresses, box springs, futons.

Miscellaneous bulk

If your specific item isn't here and you're not sure, call us. If we can haul it, we will.
How a job runs.
- Step 1
You tell us what you have
By phone, or through the quote form with photos. We respond within 2 hours between 7 AM and 5 PM (next business day after that).
- Step 2
We give you a price range
A photo through the quote form gets you a range for most jobs. For complex loads, we'll go back and forth on photos and tighten the estimate.
- Step 3
You book a 30-minute arrival window
We confirm by email and SMS (if you opted in for SMS).
- Step 4
We arrive inside the window
If we're running late, you hear from us before the window starts.
- Step 5
We do the work
You point; we haul. We're careful with your floors, walls, doorways. The same person who quoted you is the person doing the work.
- Step 6
We confirm the final price
It can come down if the load is smaller than estimated; it doesn't go up without a conversation. You pay by card, cash, or check.
- Step 7
We sort the load
Donation first, recycling second, landfill last. You get a per-job impact summary after we close out.
Pricing
We price on volume, not on item count. Minimum is $125 for an eighth of a truckload. Most single-item or small-pile jobs come in at the minimum or the next tier up (quarter-truck). For larger residential jobs (whole garage cleanouts, full-room clears, multi-room moves), the pricing scales by the eighth-truck up to full truck. Multi-truck full-property cleanouts price at the per-truck rate. Send a photo through the quote form and we send back a range based on what you describe. The final number is what the load actually fills, confirmed on-site before we start.
Frequently asked
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
Preferred but not required. If you can't be home, we work out access in advance (gate code, key location, neighbor with access). We confirm the load with you by photo before we leave.
Do you take a single piece of furniture?
Yes. Single-item pickup is one of our most common jobs. The $125 minimum applies, which covers a single item that fits an eighth of a truckload.
Can you do same-day pickup for residential?
Often, yes. Same-day availability depends on existing truck capacity. Morning calls have the best chance; afternoon same-day depends on what's already booked. If we can't do same-day, we offer the next available window, usually within 1 to 2 days.
Will you go upstairs or into the basement?
Yes. We come into your home: second floor, basement, attic, garage, wherever the items are. We bring dollies and straps for stairs and heavy items. Access difficulty is factored into the quote up front, not added as a surprise at the end. Tell us about stairs or a long carry when you send your photo and we build it into the number.
Are you careful with my floors and walls?
Yes. We bring blankets and pads for protective work. The same person quoting you is the person doing the carrying; there's no day-labor crew with different standards. If something does get scratched or damaged, tell us and we'll address it directly.
